The Miss Lawrence Trust, a national grant-giving charitable trust, had used a manual, paper-based process to review the hundreds of applications it receives each year since it was first established in 1973.
Moving to The Good Exchange’s not-for-profit, digital grant application platform allows the Trust to streamline the annual shortlisting of applications and to delve more deeply and with greater ease into their applicants’ objectives. They can also see whether applicants are receiving support from other funders and donors.
According to Trustee Jonathan Bastable, “The Good Exchange has solved many of the challenges we were facing. What’s more, the organisation’s expertise and support has been an enormous help to us, particularly when it comes to the technical specifics of using an online platform.”
