In June this year, the Regulator reviewed its Code of Practice, publishing new rules requiring online platforms such as the Good Exchange to be open and transparent with users, take reasonable steps to treat donors fairly, and ensure donors know their rights in the event of a problem.

The Good Exchange has been shortlisted for the 2018 Best in Business ‘Social Media Award’ sponsored by Apple Print and Creative.
The judges were seeking examples of best practice and demonstrable results from a business’s use of digital and social media. In particular they looked for excellence in web design, execution of planned social media marketing and use of Internet technology.
The Good Exchange’s entry also included examples of how we are helping our users to enhance their fundraising via the active use of social media marketing.
