At this event (organised specifically for grant-giving and fundraising organisations in Jersey), Ed Gairdner, COO of The Good Exchange, will explain how its charity-owned, not-for-profit, on-line platform helps solve the challenge of more efficiently matching those organisations that need funds with the organisations and individuals that have money give, while at the same time allowing Jersey funders to maintain full control of all decision-making and fund management processes.
He will discuss how the single application form can reach multiple funders and how those funders can use the platform to work collaboratively to fund targeted areas of need within the islands. Cutting the application overhead will enable the Island’s charitable causes to spend more time on service delivery rather than administration.
