The Charity Times Annual Conference returns in 2019, at a time when the charity sector is busy adapting to a rapid pace of change. Donors are quickly moving into a high-tech society and are simultaneously looking for charities to pave the way towards greater social change. Annual reports need to be more transparent than ever before and charities need to have strong safeguarding systems in place to stand a chance at survival.
The Good Exchange will be exhibiting at the event and Ed Gairdner and Marina Stedman will be presenting on:
Solving the grant application/fundraising conundrum
The challenges and opportunities within the Grant Giver/Fundraiser relationship – can technology make a difference?
Based on recent research and user case studies, The Good Exchange team will discuss what grant givers and fundraisers really think about the effectiveness of the grant making/application/fundraising processes and present some ideas on what charity leaders can do through technology to get the most from their fundraising activities. The session will cover:
- How do grant givers and fundraisers view the current charitable funding landscape and what are they planning to do to change it?
- How is the platform era driving the charitable sector to become more proactive and streamlined?
- What can fundraisers with limited resources do with digital tools to drive donations as well as grants?
